On January 12, 2009 a thought occurred to me regarding the Universal Healthcare issue. In short, it is a direct violation of the sovereign right of ownership over one’s body.

The legislation is not to provide healthcare but to provide insurance for healthcare. Insurance is used to protect property. Universal health insurance is being used to passively take away the sovereign right to my first and only GOD given property, my body.

The Government is passively declaring ownership of my body, setting up insurance to cover their new property, and then charging rent to use that property in the form of taxes and fines. These taxes and fines are mandatory and I do not have a choice in the matter. If my mind chooses not to pay the taxes or fines, the Government withholds my body by incarceration. If I no longer have control over my body, I am a slave.

The 13^th Amendment abolished slavery.

Not only does Universal Healthcare violate the 13^th Amendment, it is a direct violation of the rights of mankind, specifically, the right to life. I need help to defend my right to life. My body houses my mind, which is my greatest tool and weapon against tyranny, and it is under attack by the United States Legislative branch of government.

Who am I? I am 30 years old, employed full time, a full time student, working on my small business and recently married. I do not have a legal education and I was able to discover the hideous implications of the Universal Healthcare bill.
